  • 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup powdered zero-calorie sweetener (such as Swerve®)
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch salt
